WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

After your payment is verified, it takes up to 24 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 9 am PST will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order after 9 am PST on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday. Please note that purchases made with PayPal will not be processed until payment we have received confirmation of the payment. If you do not Pay within 10 days of making the order, your order will be cancelled. Feel free to re-order or use an alternative payment method.

HOW DO I CHANGE SOMETHING ON MY ORDER?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please CONTACT US immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes. We offer free shipping and returns worldwide.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES?

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount for the duties and taxes fee is about 20% of the dollar amount of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages. L'Heure Luxe cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

Orders

MY ORDER STATUS SAYS "UNFULFILLED". WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?

"Unfulfilled" just means that we successfully received your order! Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number and your order status will change to "Fulfilled."

WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELED?

If your order was unexpectedly cancelled, chances are that our fraud filter marked your order as fraudulent. If you are certain that that is not true, please order again with a Paypal account. If you do not have Paypal, you can easily sign up at www.Paypal.com Your PayPal may also be cancelled if the payment is not sent (or does not clear) within 10 days - this is a PayPal policy.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We aim to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible. Once your order successfully submitted, the warehouse then processes your order the following business day. It is then picked, packed, and dispatched. Once it is on its way to you, you will receive tracking info, along with the info of an estimated delivery date, via email. Domestic: You should receive your order 3-5 business days thereafter. International: You should receive your order 5-12 business days thereafter. Packages are not transported on weekends and local public holidays. Kindly note that the estimated delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors outside of LHeure Luxe’s, and its courier’s, control. These factors may include, but are not limited to, extreme weather conditions, technical failures, customs delays, etc. Additionally, please note that during periods of promotional campaigns, delivery times may be longer than usual.

WAS MY ORDER SUCCESSFUL?

We have several verification stages when customers place an order, this is done to provide our customers with the highest level of security. If your order is successful, you should within the next 10 minutes receive an order confirmation via the e-mail address provided by you at the checkout page. If not, please contact us and we can assist you in this matter.

WHY HAVE I NOT RECEIVED AN ORDER CONFIRMATION BY E-MAIL?

If an order was submitted, verified, and processed successfully, you should have received an automated order confirmation via e-mail. If you have not received an order confirmation sent via e-mail, we recommend you to contact us so we may investigate this for you. It is possible that your order was unsuccessful. Additionally, it could also be possible that the e-mail address submitted by you was incorrect.

Watches

ARE YOUR WATCHES WATERPROOF?

The Chrono Chrono watches have a water resistance of 5 ATM (or 50 meters / 165 feet) and can withstand a brief submersion under water. The action of swimming increases the water pressure on a watch but you should be ok in a low depth pool. However, there are many variables that can affect water pressures, especially in salt water. We would therefore advise against wearing the watch swimming or submerging your watch for a long duration of time.

IS THERE A WARRANTY?

L'Heure Luxe has a limited warranty that covers manufacturer's defects for five years after the original purchase date from an authorized dealer. Basically, if the watch parts or mechanics don't work properly, and it's our fault, we will repair or replace your product for free. However, this does not cover any abuse you might put your watch through on your own. The warranty does not cover water damage, normal wear and tear, batteries, accidental glass damage, scratches, strap damage, or theft.

WHERE IS MY NEAREST REPAIR TECHNICIAN?

We have established a global network of repair technicians to ensure value and ease of mind with your watches warranty. If our local technicians can not fix your watch we will then send it back to our factory and have one of our Swiss watch makers take a look at it. If the watch is beyond repair due to a manufacturing defeat we will replace your watch. We will take care of this entire process, please contact us for any more information.
